I’m the founder and head trainer at The Sunrise Club.
I bet you’re wondering why a 26-year-old decided to start a fitness business tailored specifically towards people over 40?
Well, it all started with my Mum.
She’s an incredible women — smart and witty — and she felt like she couldn’t find her place in the fitness world. Everywhere she looked, the options available made her feel like she had to look or feel a certain way. But that wasn’t her; she didn’t want a bikini body or to drink protein shakes.
She wanted to feel valued, understood and follow a program that was about her health.
She cares more about what she can do with her body than what it looks like. Fitness isn’t her life but her health enables it.
So I got to work training my Mum and ultimately developed The Sunrise Club; something I’ve built for the people I love.
I started running group fitness programs in my home town and I grew to know and care so much about the people I trained, and you know what, they were exactly like my Mum!

At the Sunrise Club, you can choose where you’d like to start, or you can let us help guide you with a program recommendation. There are 3 levels to choose from.
Be guided every step.
Every day has a warm-up, workout & stretch all in under 25 minutes! All you need to do is follow along. Lilly, our head coach, guides you every step of the way.
In your own home.
All you need to start is you & 2 small weights or no weights at all! You won’t need to go anywhere all workouts can be done in the safety & convenience of your own home.

Intro is for you if you’ve never done any “fitness” before. It's a great way to introduce movement as part of your daily routine without being overwhelming.
Choose Riser if you’ve been meaning to get back into doing something for your body. You have a pair of gym shoes in your closet, but they have a thin layer of dust. The riser will help you rebuild a healthy relationship with movement, and get you moving again.
You’ve been around the ring before and you can move confidently and easily in most movements. You are currently active and want to do more!
