How long are the workouts?
Each Workout is 25-30 minutes long. This includes a Warm-up (3-5 minutes), Workout (25 Mins) & Stretching ( 2-5 minutes).
Is there a free trial?
There is! The first week of the Sunrise club is free you just need to sign up and automatically your first week is totally free of charge.
How much does it cost?
$1.70 a day or $47 a month there is no start up fee or joining fee or lock in contracts.
You will be charged on the 1st of each month.
Free week?
The first week of the Sunrise club is free. After this you will automatically shift into a paying membership. If you do not wish to continue as an active member just cancel your subscription at any time during the first week.
Any other discounts?
Yes! If you have a friend and you sign up together or use a friends discount code you’ll receive 10%off your membership. You’ll recieve your discount code once you’ve created your account with The Sunrise Club.
What if I’ve not done much
fitness before?
That is so fine! The sunrise club is about meeting you where you are and taking it slow. Two things I think are important for beginners to know is you can choose a lower frequency workout option or let us guide you on which workout plan will suit you. We also have demo’s of all movements so you can watch each exercise as many times as you need to!

Unsure of what might work for you or how to get around the site? All you need to do is click here or go to the “talk to us” section and email us! We’ll get back to you ASAP via email or we may call you (we’ll arrange a time) and help you set up or give you some suggestions around what might be best for you.
Are there warm ups & cool downs?
Yep there is! There is also a library of all exercises and stretches.
How do I see the workouts?
To see the workouts you will need to create an account with The Sunrise Club and log in. (You have a free week so feel free to snoop around! ) Workouts are listed under today's activity. If you still need help email us! We can help you set up an account and show you around the site.
How do you sign up?
1) Login/Signup. Enter your email as well as other details when prompted, you’ll automatically receive a free week trial.
2) Select your program or let us help you choose
3) All your workouts will automatically load for you. You’ll be able to see a couple of weeks in advance and plan when you’ll get your movement in!

I want to cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership navigate to the accounts page and follow the cancellation prompts. There is no cancellation fee.
Forgot to cancel my membership after the free week?
Unfortunately, you can’t retrospectively cancel. So you will continue to have access till the final day in the month at which point your membership will be cancelled. And no further payments will be deducted from your account.
Please be mindful if you do not cancel before the following month you will be charged for it.
If I cancel will I lose access straight away?
That depends on when you cancel. Billing is for the following months access so if you cancel mid-month you will keep your access until the end of the month.
